The food was really good. The property was fairly quiet and not too crowded. Our room had a lot of space for the price. The beachfront location was beautiful. Two negatives were our repeated request for a shade to the window in our bathroom that let in a lot of light at night and the front desk telling us they would send someone from maintenance, but no one ever came. There was also no way to get drinkable water except asking for water bottles from the restaurant. We’ve stayed at other all inclusive resorts that have filtered water dispensers in the hallway that are much more convenient. We got the all inclusive and every time you get anything from a restaurant they print a bill and ask for your room number and signature. The prices are printed on the bill but totaled to zero—this seems to be for tipping purposes but the prices are incredibly inflated to the point that a basic breakfast would be over $100 USD if you don’t have the all inclusive package. Your eating options are at the main restaurant, poolside sushi/pizza/burgers, and one other casual restaurant/bar. It was a pleasant stay for the price but probably won’t go back due to the inconveniences we experienced and limited dining options.

I would have given this property a better review but one staff, a waiter in their breakfast restaurant made a bad impression to me and my family. This waiter will always shoutout the name “Pacquiao” for the Filipino Boxer Manny Pacquiao because he knew my family and I are Filipino. But the way he says the name Pacquiao sounds like the English “F-U” word. I corrected him on the way to pronounce the name and yet he will continue to say it the way he did. Not sure if it’s on purpose but having everyone around us hear him say the word to us sounding like the “F U” word without knowing what’s happening is very uncomfortable. It truly tainted what could have a been a great stay.

The rooms are dates but very clean and tidy. The resort grounds are clean and well kept. The clientelle is an older crowd and families which makes it a quiet and relaxing experience. This isn't a rowdy spring break experience. We chose this place because it was right on the beach. We could see whales off shore constantly. Definitely a perk. We did not opt for all inclusive, although our breakfasts were included. Breakfast was good, service was spotty. We ate dinner at their restaurant on the last day and ot was mediocre at best. Glad we didnt spring for the all inclusive. Food in town is WAY better.

They ignored my gold membership benefits and upgrades. Drinks were watered down, so stick to beer. Very dated rooms. Price reflects the negatives I guess. Very handy and safe walk to the marina. They don’t allow Uber on the property.
