The staff was awesome - very friendly. Room design was poor. Bathroom door only opened halfway. Shower door barely opened. I’m not sure how a heavy person would be able to enter the shower. We had the all-inclusive. When we checked in, they told us that we had two restaurants to choose from. What they neglected to tell us was the dinner menu for both restaurants was identical. Plus, most of the items on the menu were premium items so they included an up-charge. Housekeeping was poor. Many times we had to call to get an amenity that hadn’t been replaced, I.e. coffee, hair conditioner, etc.

Have stayed here many times over the years and have seen the place go down hill. Rooms are worn down, cabinets, doors and tiles broken. Breakfast used to be included in the stay and now it’s not. This was the last time we will be staying here.
