As a 3rd world country, we are currently experiencing rolling blackouts throughout Costa Rica. Be advised that, from time to time, there may be short periods of interruptions in electricity. This is normal.

1.) Just a quick note to set expectations. We provide a starter supply of essentials (including toilet paper) to get guests settled upon arrival. As a privately owned vacation rental—not a hotel—we’re unable to restock toiletries throughout the stay. If you find you need additional items, the nearest store is conveniently located nearby and happy to help.
2.) Pets/dogs are NOT ALLOWED (with the exception of emotional support animals - and signed paperwork would need to be presented well in advance to the building's community management team).
3.) Be sure to keep front and back doors closed when not in use. Not only will you be saving the a/c and furniture from the outside elements, but you can also prevent "crab friends" from entering. Yes, baby crabs (and other wildlife) love to run away inside!
