Simple and charming, La Casina del Arroyo is a semi-detached house for 2-4 people in the rural village of Poo de Cabrales, fully renovated in 2010, distributing its 75m2 over three floors as follows:
On the ground floor, there is a small entrance hall with a foldable dining table and fireplace, a living room with TV, and a cupboard with a fridge and microwave with grill. Next, the basic kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, complete kitchenware, crockery, and toaster. Under the stairs, you will find a top-loading washing machine and cleaning supplies. On the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower tray, bidet, WC, and next to it, a large double bedroom with mountain views, a dresser, TV, and an open built-in wardrobe. On the next floor, there is an attic room with two single beds, an open wardrobe, and a table, ideal for children and young people.
As for the exterior, attached to the house is a small elevated terrace space where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
Additionally, all windows and the door of the house are equipped with mosquito nets, and La Casina del Arroyo has heating all year round to be enjoyed every month of the year, even the coldest ones.
