We had a lovely stay in this hotel and found the staff particularly Esther on reception to be very friendly & helpful to our group
The hotel is in a fantastic location right on playa Victoria and only approx 6 eur in a taxi back into the cathedral area of the old town. The red hop on / off bus also stops right outside the hotel who can also sell you the tickets for the red bus.
We had paid the extra supplement for a sea view room which was beautiful to wake up to . We had breakfast on only one morning but thought it was quite expensive at 20euro per person compared to the other hotels we stayed in on our trip.
The only negative we found was that the hotel rooms particularly wooden floors & wooden furniture badly need to be refurbished as they were very worn in parts. The grout in the bathroom tiles etc could also do with being renewed. Because it’s a 30 year old hotel it definitely needs updating in parts however this would not deter us from staying there again. The location is ideal for both spending time at the pool/beach and exploring the old town of Cádiz also.
