Parking was easy access, the staff were very helpful. I'd left my phone charger behind and received a phone call 5 or 10 mins after we'd handed in the key, we were on our way to the train station to go on the Kuranda Scenic Railway trip so the lovey lady held my phone charger in the office with my name on it so I could collect it on our return. I was very grateful. Thank you 😊

Terrible! very old ,extremely noisy, the bed was very cheap and uncomfortable, smells bad, toxic chemicals they used for the room, for sure the owner writes the reviews. This is not even a one star hotel.

Parking at the property is not sufficient to cater for all the guests. You need to get in early or park in the street (sometimes several streets away). On the weekend the room had not been fully serviced, only the wastepaper basket had been emptied.
