From first arrival we had nothing but issues. We had organised 2 months ahead of time that we needed adjoining rooms, told via email that our booking was amended and it wasn’t. Female front desk worker was not friendly or helpful. First night we had seperate rooms which caused issues with children, had to sleep on very hard rollaway bed so they were not in different rooms. Manager George was great and did manage to organise us adjoining rooms for the remaining 2 nights, however we never got the twin beds booked we only got king beds. Once we arrived in new room the cleaning staff barged in without knocking as we were getting dressed, very unprofessional. Lift also broke down, I’m in a moon boot and had to go down 4 flights stairs carrying a suitcase. Power went out on one occasion but was restored quickly. Pool area is great however no policing of the sun loungers and people reserving multiple even for children who are swimming in the pool, which is really not fair. Food was also mediocre considering the price. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
