Resort facilities are generally fine, however our room was dated & in need of a refresh. Some fittings like vertical blinds were broken & ceiling fans were noisy, certainly in need of replacement. Good central location.

A few maintenance issues ie cracked tiles in kitchen Bedroom door doesnt close TV remote didnt work properly.Quiet location 10 min walk to area of beach where lifeguards were on duty. Nice pool but no pool towels supplied.Stayed 7 nights apartment serviced once.Small grocery store close by and bus stop 2 mins away to catch bus into town or to Coles Supermarket at Clifton Beach.

Although it's a little older than some of the apartments along the foreshore Palm Cove Tropic Apartments, it's a one minute walk to the front, has a great pool, good underground parking and good sized living area.

I turned up late so I understood why there was a letter left on the reception window telling me my room number and how to get in to our room, but it also said we look forward to meeting you tomorrow, well that’s a liar. Reception is never open. When I did find someone to talk to she was not helpful and stand offish. Just understand these apartments are fully self contained. So much sure if you’re staying for a week to bring your own toilet paper lol. Also don’t rely on the free internet, it’s doesn’t work well and you can only use a certain amount a day. Tv very small and basic, dvd player supplied. It’s really not a 4 star accomodation.

The rooms were very old and the musty smell was dreadful! The bathroom had mold and needed a lot of work to get up to scratch. When I stayed a year ago the pool was slightly heated, not this time, too cold to swim in
