We stayed in the property for my father’s 80th birthday celebration with our extended family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.Before arrival, we requested that the 2 single beds in 2 bedroom be joined together. When we arrived, neither of the rooms had been set up as promised. We ended up moving the beds ourselves and found significant amount of dirt, hair and dust underneath.A lot of dishes in the kitchen were dirty as well.There were numerous maintenance issues throughout the house, including leaking taps, cracked sinks and bath tiles, glass living room table with unstable tabletop that didn’t appear to be properly secured. Given that we had children staying with us, this was a safety concern.The upstairs sofa bed was effectively unusable for sleeping due to loud squeaking with even minor movement.What was most frustrating was the lack of responsiveness while we were staying at the property. We raised concerns but received little assistance.After our departure, we were informed that a toilet remote control was missing and we were charged 400. We never used or even touched it. To our knowledge, it remained attached to the wall when we left. We offered to return to the property to help locate it or verify the situation but didn’t receive response. We were advised that legal actions could be taken if we posted a negative review explaining our experience.We would not stay at this property or any other accommodation managed by this company again!
