The Space:

The complex offers two lifts, one secure underground parking space for this apartment, and an inviting sundeck with a beautiful beachfront swimming pool.



Step inside to find large bi-fold doors leading out to the private balcony where you can make use of the premium BBQ and dine alfresco as you soak up the sea breezes and panoramic waterfront views. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with all the amenities you need, including a large double-door fridge, dishwasher, and island bench for casual conversations with the cook. The living area offers plush lounges to relax on in front of the flat-screen TV, while a separate media room with DVDs caters to movie nights at home. There is a dedicated workspace by the kitchen for those working remotely.



The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, balcony access and a private ensuite fitted with a spa bath, the perfect sanctuary to rest and rejuvenate. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds; both offer balcony access, built-in robes, and ceiling fans. Freshen up in the family bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower, while an in-unit washing machine and dryer make it easy to catch up on laundry during your stay.

Indulge in some delicious sashimi and yakitori at Kushi Yakitori next door, or grab some takeaway at Lucky Fish to be enjoyed on the beach. For those who want to explore more, Port Douglas is a 40-minute drive away, offering plenty of coastline to explore on the way. Kuranda National Park is a 30-minute drive if you're looking to take a day trip to visit the rainforests. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, ensuring that you stay comfortable all year round.

Parking: Guests have access to free parking on the premises, as well as free street parking available 24/7.



Airport: The property is conveniently located just 26 minutes away from the airport by car, or a 2-hour and 6-minute bus ride.



Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is a short 12-minute walk away, providing easy access to public transportation.
