I had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and very comfortable beds. I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay at this hotel was. We were greeted with warmth, professionalism, kindness, and the most welcoming hospitality every day of our stay! Every single person working there between the day and nights shifts were so kind, attentive, and friendly. Communication for anything you need was so fast and done with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience, cleanliness, comfort, and incredible views of the pyramids from the rooftop! No complaints at all!

The customer service was great, the room did have a few issues but they were always happy to help. Proximity to New Egyptian museum and Pirámides is superb, just the road on which sits seems to be under construction.
