Het hotel was erg schoon en netjes, wat meteen een goede indruk gaf. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam tijdens mijn hele verblijf. The room looked newly renovated but the shower leaked all over the place. The toilet seat wouldn’t open fully due to the paper dispenser obstructing its path. The staff were nice, courtesy, and accommodating. It was very clean. Breakfast was doable. Overall it wasn’t bad but not what I’m used to in America.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very well maintained and everything feels new and organized. The bathroom was spotless, the hot water worked perfectly, and the room had everything I needed. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The entrance worried me a lot when I arrived; it was dark. I asked, "Where is my hotel?" because the first impression is like an abandoned garage, and the elevator has a dirty carpet. As for the staff, they were attentive and tried hard to help. The rooms need some storage; the closet is very small.

Management has given a false impression of what the hotel is. In fact, it is an old building in downtown Cairo which is being renovated. The pictures of the spa are not useful as there was no staff and it was suggested to me that I could go to one of the 5 star hotels which have a spa!! There is no picture of a buffet breakfast, because there isn't. What you get is a basic two bread, cheese, yogurt, fried egg, and a few pieces of melon - no vegetables. When I asked for a refund because of the false advertising, the management refused and stopped answering Expedia's phone calls. It would have been better to go to the 20 USD hotel across the street!

Staff at time of my check in was very friendly and co-operative. Room is nice and clean, we have electric kettle in room but no tea, milk or coffee so please get your own tea bags or coffee sachet with you otherwise there is plenty available around there. Location is brilliant and very close to many city attractions, plenty of shopping around and metro station in nearby. Lot of local street food is there in that area. Breakfast is very basic but served the purpose. Overall, good experience, clean, nice room and it is definitely worth staying there in medium budget.

Entrance on ground floor of a large block with tiny poor lift to hotel on 5th floor. Room and upstairs reception spotlessly clean, staff very pleasant, breakfasts simple but adequate. Room very simple with little usable storage, no hanging space, no chairs. Beds very firm. Shower superb but water flows over all floor. Room was adjacent to main road so very noisy.earplugs required. Location quite convenient to access old Cairo and old museum. Few decent places to eat close by..mainly fast food.

For he price, this room is not worth it. It was clean and had two twin beds. However, there was little space to move around the beds and the room was COLD with no way to turn up the heat. There was only a fitted sheet and a very thin quilt on the bed. I actually wore my winter vest to bed. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place.
