The flat is a granny flat on the ground floor with its own entrance. In the house there is 1 other flat and the main house, each with its own entrance. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa, a large bedroom with double bed, desk and closet, a small hallway and separate bathroom. An extra bed is added for bookings of 3 people.
The flat is located on the ground floor and in front of the flat entrance there is the possibility to make yourself comfortable outside under a pavilion.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and clothes horse accessible from the outside.
Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the sea (8 minutes by car) and one of the longest beach promenades in Spain.
Car park directly in front of the house. A large public pool of the Mas Romeu development is located diagonally opposite, approx. 150 metres away (open June - August). Children's playground, basketball court, table tennis table, boccia courts also in the immediate vicinity on the other side of the road. Golf course in the immediate vicinity, approx. 5 minutes. Hiking and MTB trails directly from the house.

Super Aufenthalt

Mein Freund und ich haben Christofs Wohnung eine Woche gemietet da wir in der Gegend gearbetet haben. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt: die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung ist grösser als auf den Fotos dargestellt und sehr hübsch. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten vor dem Haus wo man angenehm sitzen kann, und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Ruhiges Appartement 8 Min vom Meer

Das Appartement ist sehr modern eingerichtet und besonders sauber. Groß in Kleiderschrank und Bett mit bequemer Matratze, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Küche hat alles was man braucht, Gewürze haben wir selber mitgebracht. Das Schwimmbad (auf der Straßenseite schräg gegenüber) und den Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt. Das Bad fanden wir sehr schick, Marmor an allen Wänden der Dusche. Zum Rauchen und Dampfen gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsbereich vor dem Appartement, man lernt so die netten Nachbarn kennen. Der Vermieter Christof ist sympathisch und unkompliziert, er war zum Check-in persönlich anwesend. Die Kaution haben wir schnell zurück überwiesen bekommen. Mückenspray ist vorhanden und Mitte September war es auch notwendig. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit dem Auto ist man in 8 Minuten am Strand. Mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten in Calafell am Bahnhof, alternativ in 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi, haben wir aber nicht benutzt.
