I stayed at the hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Chaha and Dhiran, were outstanding. Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately this Hard Rock falls short of some of basics you would expect. The water in the room never ran hot, it was tepid at best. Dreams of a lovely long shower turned into a quick splash and dash. The soft furnishings in the room were very grubby (stains on the cushions etc) and I felt like I needed gloves to move them. Breakfast was absolute chaos and average at best and getting a sunbed was impossible. The Saturday bottomless brunch went down well with Brits staying in the hotel, they seemed to get their moneys worth. The staff were friendly though. Bar prices are high so drink in Calangute if you are there for that. I didn’t expect this to be high end like other Hard Rocks but it fell short of my minimum expectation.

Certainly not 5*… had to be shown 3 rooms before we settled on the last one which the best of a bad bunch to say the least. The first was simply filthy Communal areas in serious need of maintenance And food choices limited. Ordered a hot dog for my child at lunch… the hot dog arrived 1hr and 15min later… the salad appeared a while after. No turn down service in the rooms and dirty dishes piled up on the side of the restaurant It’s a 3* at most!
