The bright mansard apartment in the "Stomperhof" is located in Caldaro on the Wine Road and thus only 5 minutes by car from Lake Caldaro. The apartment consists of a cozy, light-flooded living/dining area with dining table and sofa, a very well equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, A/C and SAT-TV, while a baby crib and a high chair are available on request. The apartment has a nice balcony with dining area, where you can start the day with a cup of coffee or tea. In the shared garden with pool and outdoor shower you can enjoy relaxing hours sunbathing and swimming. Due to the excellent location, you will find several restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (3-10 minutes walk). Within just a 2-minute walk you can reach a bakery and a supermarket, as well as a café after a 10-minute walk (700 m). Kaltern is known for its excellent wines, which you can taste directly from the winemaker in the numerous wineries. The best part is, you can reach them in a few meters from your apartment (100 m-1 km). So nothing stands in the way of an extensive wine-tasting. In addition, you can hike extensively in the region. Also a shopping trip to Bolzano, which is only 15 km away (20 minutes by car).
