Aluguei um quarto q era de proprietário, não era do hotel.... e tive q levar roupas de cama, alugar toalhas e café da manhã era pago... o balcão da pia do banheiro estava totalmente quebrada, cama ruim, tomada estragada, sofá cama quebrado e rasgando. Muito ruim.. experiência foi péssima.

Quando virem anuncio de hoteis, em especial no caso de flats, verifiquem se a estadia está sendo feita diretamente com o hotel ou através de intermediarios, no caso, imobiliarias locais. Tive esta desagradável experiencia ao reservar atraves de uma tal de Via Caldas. O hotel é muito bom, porém com reserva atraves da via Caldas você fica sem acesso a serviços do hotel, tais como serviço de quarto e café da manhã. No caso do café da manhã foi fácil de resolver atraves de um cartão de consumo onde você adquiria credito$$$ para custear a refeição.
