We enjoy an exceptional location, just 20 minutes from Verona, 30 minutes from the picturesque Lake Garda and one hour from the magical Venice Lagoon.
A newly built neighborhood designed for families.

The apartment has two floors, designed for comfortable and functional living.
On the first floor, you will find two spacious double bedrooms, each with a private terrace, to enjoy moments of tranquility, the single bedroom, also with a terrace, will be adored by the little ones.

On this level there is the bathroom, with double sink, hydromassage tub, the last detail is the shower with sauna mode.

Going up to the second attic floor, you will discover a modern and well-lit kitchen, complete with a laundry area with washer and dryer, for extra comfort.
The living room, equipped with a 3D TV and an Xbox console, is designed to offer entertainment spaces for friends.

From the living area you can go to the terrace, where there is a table and barbecue, ideal for informal meetings or open-air barbecues.
