The terrace is equipped of a table for up to 6 people, a garden living room and sunbeams.
Swimming pool (shell type) is located below, and has a size of 8x4 m.

The construction is new, and meets RT2012 standards. It is located in a little-urbanized area, near a natural area (corsican maquis).

## Access

Outdoor (private use) : covered terrace and small garden. Garden furniture at your disposal, dining table for 6 people.

Access / parking : Private parking for the guests, with automatic gate. The parking is shared with 2 other apartments of the same residence. The main outdoor area - 2 000 m2 / 2 ha - is of common use.

Pool : Size 8x4 m. Common to the 3 apartments of the residence. Open during the spring and summer season, according to weather conditions.

The residence is in a little-urbanized area, facing a natural zone called the "Plaine du Coucou", surround by the corsican maquis.

The neighborhood is very calm, and yet, not too far away from the main road linking Calvi and Calenzana.

## Transit

The airport of Calvi - Saint Catherine - is at 10 min away by car.
The harbor of Ile-Rousse is 25 min away and Bastia's is at 1h30.
