The beds were like sleeping on a hard box. Probably the worst beds I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Wishing I had taken a photo so I could prove to them they really are trying to pass off a wooden box as a mattress.

Very noisy on road side of hotel. 1st night had unruly guests across hall and fire alarm went off and manager and guests had screaming match at 3:00 AM in the hall. Maids open several rooms at once to clean leaving open room unattended posing a security risk.

Personal and Professional Staff

The front desk staff are exceptionally personable and kind. At check out, we forgot an article in the room. When making arrangements to retrieve the item at a later date, the reception staff person was very considerate to acknowledge our stressful circumstances. She retrieved the item immediately, kept it in safekeeping, and made appropriate inquiry as to how we were all doing when we could next get back a week later. Very kind.
