The room we were put in was close to the entrance to the floor, which is no problem except the doors are not soft closing doors, they are hard slamming shut doors. With the continental breakfast setup starting at 6 am the adjacent door to the setup room and breakfast room constantly slammed hard and fast for about 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to have our room ready for our early check in as when we called we were advised it would be ready at the requested time, but it was not. Not a big deal as we know people are busy but would recommend not setting standards that can’t be met.
