Well for starters they booked us into a room they new had a problem with the heater, so when we inquired on it and a guy come to check it he said he had a work order to do they must not have fixed it so his solution was to turn the heat off in our room and offered us an extra blanket. Totally unacceptable. Then in the morning we tried to make coffee as we were frozen and the kuerig in our room did not work either. The staff was very non chalant and didn’t seem to care that we were not happy.

Room was clean and updated in the last few years. Breakfast had a nice variety. Wish there was towels stocked more frequently in the pool area and that pool was slightly warmer and jets worked better in hot tub. Overall no issues though.

Staff were excellent. Nice to deal with and pleasant. Our original room had plumbing issues (sink wasn’t draining and toilet wasn’t flushing) which was annoying but they were able to switch us to a different room with no issue. Biggest complaint is that in the evening, when using the pool as paying guests , we had to share this tiny pool with not one, not two but FOUR private instructors and their students. There was no room for us to sit because the parents of the students took up all the chairs. We felt we couldn’t go in the pool with our own kids as there just was not space for us (and it felt like it would be weird). This is completely unacceptable… as paying hotel guests we shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable using the space because of private lessons. We were not the only hotel guests who were frustrated by this.
