Clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. We had a king suite with a jet-tub, and everything met expectations. The a/c heating unit was older- I could see the room being uncomfortably hot in the summer . There is a balcony w/sliding patio door(no screen though) . Overall for $175CAD value was pretty good.
