Outside of a weird odour in the room, the stay y was positive. I would not recommend the king studio room based on the layout ( bathroom sink outside of washroom, odd light lay out). I’ve stayed at hotels arts many times… this was my worst experience.

The location is very convenient and is close to the downtown. The stay includes free parking, which is a big plus. Otherwise, the hotel is pretty basic. Nothing particularly exciting, but nothing bad either. The room is on the smaller side. The staff is very friendly. All in all, it felt like a good value for the money.
