You will have the pleasure to enjoy a warmth, welcoming, very clean and charming basement suite with separate entrance, a lockbox with digit code and located in Mckenzie Towne, one of the most popular communities to live in and just minutes driving to the Southtrail Crossing Mall and 7mn driving to the South Health Campus community ,3mn driving to Deerfoot Trail and 20 min from Dowtown stampede

the suite is equipped with BASEBOARD HEATERS to keep you very warm on cold weather plus an AIR EXCHANGER UNIT to help circulate fresh air in the Suite.

The suite is perfect for long stays. we also encourage family booking. There are toys, cribs available upon request and much more to turn out your stay into a wonderful experience. There is also a kids park accross the street and a water park 10mn walking distance.

The kitchen has a nice dishwaher and all the necessary equipment such as stove /oven, convection oven/ toaster/ roaster, coffee maker, electric toaster, kettle, waffle maker, panini maker, sandwich press, electric griddle for pancake and sausage, rice cooker, clothes iron and iron board all brand new. Some spices are offered as well.

Please note that coffee, tea and creamer are offered for free and as needed as long as you live in the suite.
