Decent room, but the view was just an hvac unit. Overall comfortable. Concierge ladies were very friendly and went above and beyond to make conversation. Parking was full but not impossible to find stalls. Nice that hotel is close to freeway and shopping area. Liked the accessible restaurant options attached.

They charged me 100 cad refundable deposit although I had prepaid through my credit card. This was something new to me, never experienced it before in any facility, if you are paying through your credit , they don’t ask deposit. Still I paid. Don’t know if it is suppose to .

The curtains in our room were ripped and the ceiling in the bathroom is peeling. The carpet felt damp We were given a $15 voucher which we used at Moxi’s they did not provide the $15 credit even after we questioned them about it we were told it would come off of our credit card which it did not.
