Living Area: Oversized velvet couch, plush throw pillows, and gallery wall of curated art.



Dining Nook: Funky hand painted mural spanning two walls and a statement chandelier for dining in style.



Entertainment: Smart TV, Bluetooth Speaker, White Noise Machine and games provided



Bedroom: Cozy king-size Casper bed layered with bold prints and soft throws for ultimate comfort.



Bathroom: Spa like shower/tub combo, toiletries, and plush towels.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire basement suite, offering complete privacy throughout their stay. Entry is through a dedicated private side entrance — no shared spaces or common areas.



The entrance is located through the side gate, leading directly to your suite. Come and go as you please with a secure keyless entry system.



Enjoy the comfort of a fully self-contained unit with your own kitchen, living area, bathroom, and laundry — all for your private use.



The Neighborhood:

Located just minutes from downtown Calgary, Kensington is one of the city’s most beloved and walkable neighbourhoods — a vibrant village within the city. Known for its charming streets lined with independent boutiques, artisan coffee shops, cozy pubs, and award-winning restaurants, Kensington offers a perfect blend of urban energy and local character.



Whether you're browsing unique shops, catching a film at the historic Plaza Theatre, or strolling the scenic Bow River pathways, there’s always something to discover. Kensington is also conveniently connected by CTrain, making it easy to explore other parts of the city, including the Calgary Zoo, downtown core, and Stampede Park.
