Staybridge, provided an excellent two room suite for our family stay in Calgary. Rooms were cleans and the beds were comfortable. Pool and gym were nearby and quickly accessible. Amazing stay and the clerk thay checked us in was funny and quick. Loved our stay here.

We came to Calgary for my daughters birthday, and booked this hotel for the waterside. When we got to the pool the waterslide was out of order which nobody infomed us about. My daughters were very disappointed. Then the hot tub completely runined our bathing suits, bleached all the color completely out of them. I have reached out to the hotel and was told someone would get back to me within 48 hours and that was almost a week ago. Horrible customer service. Would definitely not go back or stay at the hotel brand again.
