Good value for what is offered.

Although getting a little run down its still a good place to stay for the price. It would be nice if they actually checked each room to see if the heating and air conditioning works, our room was ok, but another guest could not get their room cooled down and the air conditioning did not work. I had one room that was like a sauna unfortunately.

Excellent staff, breakfast seemed small but very good variety- everything you could want, large room, I liked the outside access door, very comfortable beds and pillows, had a couch- a little dirty but it was a pet room, nice bathroom and shower, I would recommend this property for the excellent value

If you like incredibly rude, unhelpful staff, rooms without amenities like glasses and ice buckets, showers that turn into baths because the drains don’t work, and the need to move furniture to find a power outlets, this place is for you. Hell of 2 nights.

Hell of 2 nights, literally. Too hot. Room temp was 29C upon arrival. Was told to open windows. I also cranked up the AC, since I wanted to sleep. Half way through the night it was back up at 28ish C. I sent a text reply to their welcome text asking if they had tooth paste, but never got a reply. Old carpets looked disgusting on the hallway and room. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, but I still couldn't sleep due to the excessive heat and dryness (outside temperature was -11C, not like I could keep the windows open overnight). I woke up w/ a nose bleed and itchy skin. You would think after the 1st night they would have fixed the HVAC, since apparently the whole floor had the issue, but no. Looks like they got used to going by with the issue the way it is. I'm never staying there again.
