"The age condition is evident everywhere. In the hotel, in the corridors and in the rooms, there are stains everywhere on the walls, the cupboards and on the carpet. The windows and mirrors are rarely cleaned. A cosmetic mirror and toilet seat hung next to it and had to be repaired first. Room service wasn't really there often at 26 days. Sometimes you only got a note shoved under the door when you were away from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After a few days you get a text message and are asked, "how do you find the stay 1-5 (Super) - my answer was 2-3. But no one was interested. At first, I had the room next to the elevator for food. This was used very often in the evenings and at night. The door of the room kept slamming shut. After 4 days I got another room. In the room, there was long black hair even in the drawers. They were then cleaned. The ant problem in the Hotel and bathroom is well known. On request, they were also killed. After about 4 days, they were also removed in the bathroom. Sometimes there were also new towels. The elevator sometimes takes what feels like an eternity, and there is only one in the lobby. The equipment in the fitness room is defective. The pool is a larger bathtub. Actually, I had planned another stay for May and September 2025. At this point in time, however, I would prefer another hotel. 26 days for €3100 and €300 for parking. I think you get something better with service for."
