The pool and connected jacuzzi were disgustingly dirty and littered with live worms. And the patio furniture was dirty as well. When I contacted the host their response was that we shouldnât be using the pool area this time of year. However their instructions state that the in ground jacuzzi is usable year-round. So that didnât make sense and instead of being apologetic and service oriented they went on the offensive. It was strange. Additionally we got locked out of the master bathroom due to a faulty lock. I personally own apartment buildings and a bathroom lock should not be able to do what it did. When I contacted the host, Jordan said âI donât see how thatâs on usâ. I was taken aback. I had implore them to have someone repair it so we could access our bathroom. It took hours before it was repaired. We were not able to use the bathroom until late in the morning. We still canât believe that we were blamed for locking ourselves out of the bathroom! That was not okay. Lastly there were no detailed instructions how to use the above ground jacuzzi. Got little assistance. Ultimately I figured it out but it required finding other equipment away from the jacuzzi that really required written step by step instructions; that didnât exist. Our experience with Jordan was as if they had never been to the property themselves and knew nothing about it. And certainly didnât like hearing about problems and dealt with us in a very unprofessional and sophomoric manner.
