The cozy apartment for 2 people is on the 2nd Floor (with elevator) and has a large south-facing balcony.
It is only 400 m from the sea with a beautiful sandy beach, high dunes and inviting beach cafes.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen television (7 German channels) and a stereo with CD player.

The integrated kitchen offers all the necessary household and microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.

In the bedroom there is a double bed with 2 mattresses 90x200 and a wardrobe.

The well-equipped bathroom has a bathtub
and a mirror cabinet.

In front of the apartment house there is a free parking lot and a lockable bicycle storage room.
Bicycles can be rented in Callantsoog.

There is a large free car park at the entrance around the beach.

Das Objekt war nur sehr oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt. FĂŒr das Nachreinigen wurde eine Erstattung gewĂ€hrt. Einige Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen: Sie erfĂŒllen ihre Funktion, aber optisch sind sie kein Hingucker. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng und wirkt vollgestopft.Sehr positiv war, dass es genĂŒgend AblageflĂ€chen und AufhĂ€ngmöglichkeiten gab. Der Balkon ist von angenehmer GrĂ¶ĂŸe und lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein. Insgesamt ein passendes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis.

Hallo, beim Eintritt in das Apartment hatte ich den Eindruck als wĂŒrde ich in ein Hallenbad kommen. Ein stechender Chlorgeruch kam mir entgegen. Wir haben den ganzen Tag gelĂŒftet. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Außenrollo am Schlafzimmerfenster. Alle anderen Apartments sind damit ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber, großer Balkon und gut eingerichtete KĂŒche. Vielen Dank

Die Unterkunft war gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Ich habe viele Fahrradtouren (Texel, Ijsselmeer, Schoorlse Duinen usw.) gemacht. Insgesamt bin ich ca. 500 Km gefahren. Da es teilweise sehr windig war, war ich froh ein E-Bike zu haben. Ich ĂŒberlege bereits jetzt, nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder hinzufahren.Zum DĂŒnenaufgang sind es ca. 600 Meter und zum Zentrum nach Callantsoog ca. 1,5 KM.GrußMichael aus Marburg

Appartment absolut zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen, hat einen tollen Balkon und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Absolut ausreichend Töpfe in allen GrĂ¶ĂŸen, alles an Geschirr, was man braucht. Ein großer Tisch, gute StĂŒhle, ein bequemes Bett. Perfekt fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter prompt und freundlich. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder.

Alles wie erwartet, Unterkunft sauber und ruhig, KĂŒche mit guter Ausstattung . Mappe mit Ausflugszielen vorhanden, aber Ziele mit nĂ€herer Beschreibung sollten schon zuhause ausgesucht werden. Beschaulicher Ort mit verschiedenen Restaurants, die eine gute Auswahl zulassen. Super fester Sandstrand, der zu SpaziergĂ€ngen am Wasser verleitet. Alles auch ohne Fahrzeug erreichbar, verlangt aber etwas persönliche MobilitĂ€t. Fahrradverleih im Hotel nebenan möglich, ĂŒbliche Preise, sehr freundliche und auskunftfreudige Rezeptionistin. Alles zusammen war es fĂŒr uns ein gelungener Kurzurlaub in empfehlenswerter Umgebung!

Schöne Wohnung, zu dieser Jahreszeit zu empfehlen (bei vollbesetzten Wohnungen vielleicht etwas rummelig). Ausstattung gut. Sehr ausgekĂŒhlt, sodass zunĂ€chst viel geheizt werden musste. Das macht sich bei den Nebenkosten bemerkbar, sollte aber kein Hinderungsgrund sein, die Wohnung zu mieten

Nordsee im Winter

Das Haus und den Urlaubsort Callantsoog haben wir schon viele Male besucht. In diesem Appartement, Nr. 322, waren wir allerdings zum ersten Mal. Mit der Vertragsgestaltung und den allgemeinen Hinweisen, sowie den Empfehlungen waren wir sehr zufrieden, ebenso mit der Ausstattung. Es wĂ€re andererseits vielleicht doch sinnvoll gewesen, auf die enormen Energiekosten, die sich durch die Heizung (Außentemperatur 0 - 6 Grad C.) ergeben, im Vorfeld hinzuweisen. Andererseits war der Grundpreis der Unterkunft sehr gĂŒnstig, so dass hier ein Ausgleich stattfindet. Alles in allem: prima und empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung in einem zauberhaften Ort

Wir hĂ€tten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Callantsoog. Der Ort liegt direkt an der angeblich höchsten DĂŒne Hollands. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer kompletten Ausstattung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
