Overall a great stay. Clean, comfortable and a convenient location to explore the Peninsula!Only issue was noise from the major road close impacting sleeping. Maybe a noise machine would help? Thanks for a lovely stay.
This was an old house pretty recently redone. It was nice. Everything was very clean and up to date. We asked if there was a grill available and they set us up with one. The only complaint we had was there weren't very good window coverings and some of the screens were missing. It got a little uncomfortable in the evening with the sun coming in. It gets very cool at night so it wasn't uncomfortable very long. I would still highly recommend this place.
Nicely remodeled 2nd floor apartment and tastefully furnished. All new kitchen appliances including a Kuerig coffee maker. Comfortable bed. Nice rain-shower. Washer and dryer are not in the apartment (didnât ask owner where they were located). Would definitely stay again.
We were moved to another apartment last minute as the owner over booked. New place was nice but not quite finished in my opinion. No curtains, mirror not attached to wall in bathroom, no toilet paper holder, no end tables, no condiments for the coffee they had, front door had no cover at all- could see strait in the whole place.
Nice, clean apartment with everything you need. The renovations are great - very comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was perfect for us - great appliance including a gas stove! Location is easy to access not far off the highway making trips around the area quick.
We spent 3 nights sightseeing in Calumet and the Kewanaw peninsula. The apartment was brand new. Everything worked great. Plenty of space for 2. Brand new appliances. European style bathroom shower. Given the sunny weather we wished weâd had a deck or a couple of lawn chairs to soak up some sun but otherwise a wonderful place.
This place was very nice, everything you might need. I think it had central A/C, but there was also a window unit in the bedroom. It is a little annoying to have to type in two codes to exit and enter and it is near 41 so there is road noise and walking to Calumet is a little far. So this isn't super rustic or anything, but you can walk across the street to a gas station market so that is convenient.
