This gorgeous Georgian house belonged to a captain of a tin Mine, built in 1820.

Your magical journey will begin the moment you set your eyes on the front of the house. Entering the gates you'll be charmed beyond your widest dreams, its in explicable! pulling the old Butlers bell and hearing it ring is just the beginning of your experience. Step into your enchanted world and be ready for unprecedented inspiration.

Granite, wood, slate, a huge fire place, original sash windows.

You've just entered a new paradigm.

This three bedroom house has an open plan  lounge, dinning area, a large well equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet , all on the ground floor.

The first floor features three double bedrooms a bathroom with a shower and a bath. 

The main bedroom is very large and the ceiling extends into the attic. 

The attic space is only accessible from the main bedroom  via  a set of steep stairs/ladder. it's tricky to ascend and descend and therefore not suitable for children or elderly.

It is a pitched roof, you'll need to crouch down to enter as at it's highest point its 5'7'' 

There are cushions, a bean bag, and a small double futon sofa bed/couch.

This area is ideal as a chill out zone, study area or meditation/prayer room, you can also see the sea from the attic window.





The attic area is not suitable for unsupervised children or elderly, they must be supervised at all times. PLEASE TAKE NOTE.





Access the house from the two separate gate entrances with steps! You can only enter the main house through the white front door between the two dog statues, up two large granite  stone steps in the center of the house.



You can park your car on the driveway which is situated round the back of the house.

You do not have access to the rear of the house and back garden, you can however use the front garden which is shared use.



On the high street there are many great shops, like Costa Coffee, WHSmiths, Aldi, Weatherspoons and local pubs, with various Chinese, Indian, Kebab, Pizza, and Fried Chicken takeaways, with several types of different restaurants. Also you can grab a great Cornish pasty from ROWES ,and PHILPS.

Camborne Town centre has a main bus depot reaching far and wide across Cornwall, it's a 8 min walk from us, also Camborne train station is 2 min walk away with direct access from London Paddington to Penzance, We are in a fantastic location for public transport, also the infamous A30 is a great road for reaching many locations and that's a few minutes drive away. 

We are approximately a 25 min drive from:

St Ives, Truro, Penzance and falmouth.

The house is thoroughly cleaned between guest, it is worth noting due to the age of the property and the natural materials, marks and elements may appear, also the occasional spider cobweb or bug manages to find its way in due to the free logs provided for the log burner, it's only fair to mention it, a bug spray or spider catcher may be provided!



We want you to fully relax and have a fantastic time here! Please note that I live on the premises and this is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so we just ask our guests to be mindful of sound travel late at night.



To keep the peace with our neighbors, we have a strict no-party and no-excessive-noise policy.

Between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM, we kindly ask that you keep the windows closed and turn down excessive volumes if you're playing music or watching TV, and bring everything to a respectful indoor level. Shouting indoors and gathering outside the front door during these hours are strictly off-limits. Thank you for helping us keep our neighbors happy!



If you need to contact me at any point feel free to call or message me at anytime, as we live on the property in the annex which is separate from the main house.

We Warmly welcome up to 3 well-behaved dogs(£25 per dog, per stay) We kindly ask that they are house trained , kept off the furniture and beds, and never left unattended in the property.
