This is a large village house in a very quiet area, although located among a few neighbours. It features a chlorine pool measuring approximately 7 m x 5 m and between 1.10 m and 1.90 m deep. Four sun loungers are available for enjoying the sun along with the views. There are three furnished porches: one at the entrance with access from the kitchen, a second one leading out from the living room, and a third by the pool with a barbecue, perfect for preparing a delicious dinner.

The house is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with satellite TV and a fireplace, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped gas kitchen to prepare your favourite meals just like at home. On this same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with air conditioning—two with double beds and one with twin beds—plus a second bathroom with a bathtub. For the cooler months, the house has central heating. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. On the -1 floor, there is an independent laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Campanet is a small and very peaceful village located at the foot of the well-preserved Tramuntana mountain range. You will find a small grocery shop, some restaurants and bars, and the famous Campanet Caves. If you enjoy sports, hiking and nature, this is the perfect place, as the surroundings are ideal for walking or cycling routes. For example, you can visit Ses Fonts Ufanes, which spring up after heavy rains, the Lluc Monastery, the Escorca reservoir or, for the more adventurous, take a long hike through the Torrent de Pareis to Sa Calobra cove. If you are looking for fine sandy beaches with easy access, the long beach of Port d’Alcudia is about 17 km away. Please remember that a car is necessary.
