Nós tivemos o azar de chover e estar frio em outubro, o resort não tem estrutura para crianças, como por exemplo não tem lápis, canetinha, papel para desenhar...só tem uma brinquedoteca bem pequena para crianças até 6 anos e ainda não entretém por muito tempo...

O unico problema que tive foi o seguinte: Fomos ao Resort para comemorar o aniversário da minha filha, dia 13/10.No Checkin fomos avisados no café da manha do dia 13/10 ela receberia uma homenagem no refeitório durante o café da manha e um cook especial. No dia 13/10 no café da manha não teve nada, aí eu fui perguntar se não ia ter e a pessoa disse que seria no jantar. Na hora do jantar foram com um cook e deram para outra aniversariante. Minha filha nem jantou, ficou chateada, tem apenas 11 anos. Acho que o hotel não tem obrigação nenhuma de dar esse cook, mas tambem não devia falar que vai dar e pior que isso, dar para uma criança e não para outra. Essa foi uma decepção que minha filha trouxe na mala de volta. Realmente não sei se voltaremos a esse Resort.

Os quartos são bastante razoáveis, mas o box do banheiro tem um problema crônico de vazamento de água pela parte inferior, que molha toda a área do vaso. A qualidade da alimentação e da limpeza (especialmente nas áreas comuns) piorou muito em pouco menos de 2 anos (dez 23 para set 25). A quantidade de hóspedes convencionais além dos "multiproprietários" é tão grande que você precisa escolher o "turno" A ou B para as refeições. Ou seja, das 3 horas disponíveis para as refeições, você só pode usufruir de 1h30 - inclusive vc tem que usar uma pulseira extra para indicar o seu turno. As atrações são apenas razoáveis. Menção honrosa aqui para a euipe de recreação que tenta se virar nos 30 com os recursos que tem. O Tio Nescau se destaca nessa turma.

Pode ser melhorado

Ficamos 2 diárias e em 3 quartos. Um quarto nao foi realizado a limpesa diária. No sábado teve feijoada no almoço, estava fria. A piscina principal estava com as bordas sujas de gorduras corporal. As duas jacuzzis estavam desligadas e c a agua fria. Precisa de melhor treinamento na equipe.

Lugar muito bom e tranquilo. Indico quem puder ir em dias de semana que está mais tranquilo ainda. Equipe de funcionários do restaurante principal onde se faz as refeições, todos muito educados e prestativos, trabalham de verdade, comida maravilhosa. Hotel os quartos muito bem cuidados e limpo, limpeza a todo momento. Equipe de recreação muito boa, meu filho amou. Certeza que iremos voltar!!! Instalações otimas, quarto excelente. A relação custo beneficio é que pesa. Diarias muito cara para ficar num hotel lotado, que não consegue atender tantos hospedes com qualidade. A comida é péssima, o jantar incluído em qualquer pacote ( meia pensão ou pensão completa) é horrível e o hotel sabe disso! Mas para eles é conveniente já que abrem a trattoria para os inconformados gastarem mais uma vez na tentativa de ter um jantar decente; Atendimento do bar pessimo e mal educado com mulheres, com homem o atendimento fica normal; Os colchões do sofa cama do apartamento que fiquei hospedado estava berando o podre; A localização com area integrada ao parque é boa e as acomodações também, tirando os colchoes.
