O hotel, no geral, é bom. Localização excelente, ótimo café da manhã. Chuveiro bom. Porém, no nosso quarto que havia duas camas, um dos colchões era duro como pedra e o outro bom. Tivemos que dormir na mesma cama, pois já era tarde quando percebemos para pedir p trocar.

A limpeza do quarto estava ok porém no guarda roupas tinha cacos de vidro espalhados. Nosso quarto tinha 1 edredom de solteiro sendo que o quarto é de casal com cama grande. Pedimos um e nos mandaram outro de solteiro. Jantamos no sabado e colocamos os pratos pra fora no corredor pra serem recolhidos como de praxe em outros hotéis e ficou la por 2 dias. O hotel está com uma estrutura muito velha precisando de uma reforma cuidadosa. O café da manhã é excelente. A equipe atenciosa.

Infelizmente o quarto que fiquei (porque queria hidro) deixa muito a desejar, a hidro estava imprópria para banho e o banheiro tinha um aspecto de antigo e mal cuidado. A cama era desconfortável. Os pontos positivos eram o café e a equipe de funcionários.
