My stay was wonderful as the rooms wer clean staff where friendly! I enjoyed my stay here! However i would recommend not ever booking through EXPEDIA When i booked a room for the 8th and to check out on the 9th EXPEDIA booked me for the 9 th and to checkout on the 10th This is not the first or even the second time that this has happened to me while using EXPEDIA Not even the 3rd or 4th but the 5th time ! I spoke to the front desk attend about my situation and the lady at the front explained that this happens ofyen with them . They front desk told me not to worry and booked me in for the 8th. As planned On the 9th EXPEDIA was made aware of what happened. What EXPEDIA did not know is I had spoke to front desk at le chateau, and they confirmed that they would not charge me for the stay on the 9th. EXPEDIA emailed me this morning stating that they could not get a hold of the property.And that I had been charged for a room that I didn't even stay in. THEY LIED TO ME !!! SMH IS THIS REALLY HOW EXPEDIA CONDUCTS BUISSNESS??? THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUISSNESS BEAURE. I WILL NOT BE TREATED WITH THIS TYPE OF SO CALLED RESPECT 🙄 AND I AM GOUNG TO MAKE SURE PPL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF BUISSNESS EXPEDIA CONDCTS

For the price, it's an okay hotel. Wasn't expecting much, and just needed it to sleep in for a few nights. The hot water doesn't work in the evening, and when we came to our room housekeeping only made our beds.. that's it. We had a bunch of dirty and wet towels that were just left on the ground and not replaced which wasn't great. The handle on the bathroom cabinet was broken and hanging off, and the toilet paper roll was barely hanging onto the wall. The soundproofing isn't good, we were up past midnight from some people partying in rooms and running down the hall. Again though, for the price it was what I was expecting. Not a bad room for how cheap it is.
