moldy room with a broken AC

Worst hotel experience ever. Not only we didn't get the room we bought, the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. No parking, not very secure property, shower keeps switching hot and cold, very strong smell of mold and a non functioning AC. When we told the staff we wanted a room change, we were shooed away. Things had to escalate into a yelling match. We issued multiple complaints to tourism office, municipality and we told other hotel owners around about how bad out stay was.
