The ski lifts of Alba-Col dei Rossi are easily accessible at just 500 meters.

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and is spread over two levels: on the lower level below the independent kitchen, the spacious living room with small balcony, the small bathroom with window and washing machine, upstairs instead the sleeping area develops, with a double bedroom and a master bedroom with balcony (for a total of 4 beds), master bathroom with bathtub and window. The view of Gran Vernel is breathtaking!

To best preserve the condition of the house, we only accept one small domestic animal.
