Such beautiful apartment would happily stay again
This apartment was very good place to stay. Was here for a work trip but enjoyed the place to unwind after work.
Great apartment conveniently located in great area of Canberra. Place was clean, warm, modern and spacious.
Only negative is having to pickup / drop off keys in Kingston for a Braddon location.
Very comfortable stay and enjoyed all the facilities. The only problem with this accommodation is accessing and exiting. The facility does not have a receptionist desk and one requires to pick the keys up which requires a 25 minute drive to a Real Estate Agency. When you exit the next day you are required to drive another 25 minutes to return to the Agent mentioned. We were granted a later exit time ie 1pm to which we were grateful
The unit is quite comfortable, well presented and well equipped. It is in a good location, easy walk distance to CBD. Surrounded by quality food and coffee places.
However I would not recommend to a business traveller. There is no on site reception. So you have to travel 5 ks to a different suburb by taxi or uber to collect keys from a real estate agent office. Then return the keys in the same fashion the next day before 10.30 am. The real estate agency is pleasant and efficient; this doesn't make up for the fact you will likely lose time and money that you didn't expect.
So there is a hidden extra expense of $40-50 and loss of time.
This property would suit a holiday traveller that has a vehicle, a person or couple that are staying for more than a few days. It would be brilliant for biz as well, but only if they put in on site management or adjoining local office for keys etc.
