Easy to locate, lovely staff and lobby. One toilet did not work when we arrived, this was fixed. I then listened to 2 toilets all night on and off with the cistern filling all the time. We had fire alarms going off around 9.30pm and had to evacuate the motel, no real directions from staff as we all congregated in the driveway and watched the fire department arrive, again didn’t hear anything, but went back inside with everyone else. No co ordination from staff to get everyone back to our rooms Bed was hard as a rock, lounge old and dirty and uncomfortable. Bathroom old, cracks in the walls, paint peeling

The property is a bit tired and showing it's age. There is no double-glazing so the cold came straight through the windows and doors once the curtains were opened. The TV in the bedroom didn't work, but Reception moved us to a new room which was great.

Good location, roomy apartment

Great location and the 2 bedroom apartments have plenty of room, beds a bit hard and pillows extremely thin. Bathrooms could do with a good clean. Overall though a nice stay.

Convenient, spacious, a little old

This hotel is very well located and the apartment is well-equipped. The furnishings are a bit tired and the bathrooms are dated. It is very clean, but due to the age of things, so areas seem a little grubby. The beds are relatively comfortable - not saggy which is very good, although they are also a little hard, but not terrible. The pool is nice and is heated although it still seems very chilly! The gym is small but has most key kinds of equipment and a sauna. Having two bedrooms, one with twin beds is a key attraction for this place.
