Property manager sent a link with check-in details (that they admitted in the phone 'never works' through the platform). After contacting them across platforms and calling them we were still left stranded in Canberra over an hour after check-in. The property manager hadn't checked the gym key was there and refused to provide one (even tho it was in perfect working order). I asked for a discount on the rate, they refused. Communication overall was challenging, I also received text messages for other guests staying in their other properties. Along with the flickering lights in the living area (which they didn't come to fix dispite me asking) it was an unpleasant stay.
