The girl on the front desk was amazing for our stay polite and efficient in attending a bathroom matter when our room wasn’t serviced as requested. The shower didn’t stop from flowing through our bathroom we had to use towels to mop the floor and left them for the cleaning staff. We had to ask the girl for the room to be cleaned and she asked the staff to clean the room. Other than the bathroom the suite was great and good undercover parking. The outside garden and grass overgrown just like the rest of Canberra. Breakfast was good.

Overall a decent stay for the price we paid. A few issues like broken door closers, broken hob fan but these did not hamper us a lot. Parking is a bit tricky but at least you get free parking. Communication could have been better. We booked to stay on the 25th of December and the check in time was apparently 24hrs. Did not affect us but a few people who arrived late, found out the counter was closed by 8 pm. They also mentioned nothing was told to them. The morning breakfast was good, but very chaotic!. The pancake machine broke before it even started.

The main reason we stay at this hotel is that they have a Tesla destination charger but it has always been taken up by non EV cars due to the lack of parking on site. It would be great if these spots are restricted to EVs, even with just a sign or marking on the floor. You could even have a restriction on cars that are not being charged

We had a good time staying here. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds were comfy and spacious bathroom. Had a good variety of continental breakfast. Parking spaces are limited and has to park on the street for the night other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Staff were great, room was clean and comfortable. A unexpectedly decent breakfast. Only gripe was that there is limited parking on site, and it was not clear that there was additional street parking available. Looking for parking in the pouring rain at midnight and dodging the roadworks, was not fun! Expected more parking on site and if not, clear directions to additional parking.
