This holiday home, located in a quiet hamlet in Cancale between the sea and the town centre, 5 minutes by bike from Port Mer beach and the shops, can accommodate 8 travellers, ideally 4 to 6 adults and 2 to 4 children, with its large living room, large fully-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and a small bedroom under the roof, 2 shower rooms and a beautiful unheated indoor swimming pool closed from October to April.

Fibre-optic wifi, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, and there is private parking inside the property.

The ground floor comprises a large fitted kitchen, a dining room with double lounge, a shower room with shower and separate WC.

Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, the 1st with a 160cm bed, the 2nd with a 160cm bed that can be split into 2 single beds, the 3rd with a 160cm double bed and the 4th with 2 pull-out beds for children, 1 shower room and plenty of cupboards and storage space.

Outside, you can enjoy a terrace for lunch or dinner, garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and a private swimming pool that opens onto the garden with its bay windows. Plenty of sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.

NOTES :
- Free WiFi (fibre optics).
- The private swimming pool is closed from 1 October to 30 April.
- Parties / loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighbours and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant about any nuisance and are counting on you to adopt the rules of good neighbourliness to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one for everyone.
