The breakfast was ok, but there was no bottled water readily available. The staff is quickly to send you to the restaurant to purchase wayer for around 8 USD for a small water. Its a scam.

The hotel was a nice small boutique hotel. The restaurant staff and front desk were great. The food was amazing, very quiet and relaxing. No issues encountered at all with our stay we would definitely come back and recommend! 10/10

We just stayed the last day of our vacations, we wanted a hotel close to the airport. We really wanted to rest thats why we got the room with access to the pool, sad that the pool wasn't clean. We left early so we didn't had time to have breakfast. So close by the road but we were tired that we didn't heard the cars. Staff was great. Hotel Decorations were so unique.

Perfect for us: we just stayed one night to break up a long flight and it was ideal. Great value, close to the airport, unique and with fantastic staff. The positives: - the staff, above all. Everyone, from janitors to the front of house, made an effort to talk to guests and share their experiences. The hotel clearly makes an effort to hire and keep great people - clean and comfortable hotel throughout - amazing and unique design - 10 minutes from the airport - fascinating re-wilding project in the mangrove swamp A handful of negatives too: - hurricane damage has made some parts of the hotel less useable - sargazo deposits make the mangrove smelly when you get close - the road is noisy, I’d recommend some ear plugs These negatives are outweighed by the positives and reflected in the price, which is great value. The hotel also communicated them clearly in advance. Overall, a great recommendation for a short stay in Cancun. It’s certainly different from the standard industrial hotel

Its not close to anything. The whole reason i booked it was for the pool and there so many mosquitoes you couldnt enjoy the pool. The breakfast was one pancake and some fruit. I paid 7$ for a water. There was only about 8 guest in the whole resort. The tv was in Spanish. The water coming from the sink and shower smells terrible. Coffee marker no coffee cups.

Este es un hotel que funciona para uno o dos dias. La comida del restaurante no me gusto y el ruido en las habitaciones es fatal. Debo tambien decir q el staff es muy amable y trataron de ayudarnos a resolver nuestras quejas, pero desafortunadamente todas las habitaciones dan hacia la calle.
