We had terrible experience. Shower didnt work. Neigjbors were playing music till 5am. Tour bus left without us! Never staying with Hilton again. Also you can’t take uber , only 2 firm from hotel with hayer price

Pros: Hotel is nice and clean, A la carte restaurants were tasty. Buffet was hit and miss, hot foods were luke warm. Service was outstanding everywhere. The rooms were nice and clean, we preferred the tropical/sunset view as it was quieter and you would get the afternoon and evening sun. Cons: They had a massive washout on the beach and are actively repairing it, it may take 2-3 more weeks. There are a very limited number of beach chairs maybe 10-15 directly in the beach depending on the day and all day they have excavator equipment drive by every few minutes. The beach is non existent. They are also building stairs from the deck down to the water. Sitting near the ocean was not restful or relaxing. The pool also has suffered some extensive damage, missing 1000s of little square tiles. Still swims great but be careful when you lean on in the edge. Hot tubs where also great to relax in. However the hotel begins blocking the sun by 3:30 almost no sun left in the pool area.

The room was clean. The staff were wonderful. The food was OK kind of boring. The drinks were good. The problem was the chairs at the pool. The hotel was full, but they were selling day passes to outside customers and allowing them to come and sit at the pool and the beach and so forth along with the customers who paid for the resort they needed to hold that operation while the resort was at full capacity poor planning and made a very uncomfortable tight situation at the pool and beach. greediness and poor planning on the hotel is shameful. I chose the Hilton brand because I thought I could trust the name don’t fall into the same trap. you can find this type of resort anywhere along the strip

The coffee sss disgusting. The horchata con agua was disguisting. The buffet was was a joke and we walked out with stomach aches. The luggage locks were not TSA approved without letting us know or offering alternatives. The desserts were stale. The ocean view room was located over a kid park and only partial. Lost our taxi reservation. Check in took too long. Gift shop with too expensive.

Clean rooms food could have been better. The taco place was outstanding. The shuttle service to and fro can be every hour or once every two hours.Nicr place to be enjoyed with children. Can have a pickle ball court at least.

I enhanced the room with an additional fee. It was unexpected that the door was unable to lock, posing a safety issue. The room lacked robes and towels. A plate remained outside the room overnight, and I am uncertain how long it had been there. Following one night, we checked out and departed. My travels frequently entail unpleasant experiences.
