We had a wonderful stay. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, and food was excellent. I like the beach bags, sandals, and robes in every room for an extra touch of pampering.

Well, the staff are really great and helpful. And I mean everyone. From the head chef, to the bartenders and wait staff, room service, butlers, cleaning staff, and pool attendants.

The service at live aqua is truly above and beyond! We would return just for the staff! Special thanks to Cristian at the front desk, Cesar and Ariel at azur, Jhonny at Varena, Alejandra at sea corner, the bar staff crescendo, Eli, and Heiner! Beautiful rooms with STUNNING views. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds all across the board! We WILL be returning!!

The rooms and resort are nice. Here are few things that we had issues with, the courtyard below the northeast facing rooms are very loud when there are events below. You will not sleep or hear the tv. We preferred the south pool area but they have special events in that area. We were kicked out 3 times with no notice or alternative place to go. All the other pools chairs were taken so this basically ends your outdoors for the day. To us this was disappointing since we paid to be at the resort and use the amenities like everyone else. The entertainment is ok but there is no place for them to take place. They try to do events in the 2 small bar areas that have limited seating. The last thing is that it isn't easy to get drinks by the pool and we tipped well. We ended up going to the bar to get half of our drinks.
