Everything about the place was perfect - the place itself, location, the resort its located in, etc. etc. The host was equally amazing, communicating instantaneously for have ever we needed. Even helping us with other travel needs. Perfect find. Will come back.
Agustin has been one of the best Hosts of any vrbo we have ever stayed in. Quick to respond, very accommodating! A+++++ on every level thank you for being an amazing 1st Cancun experience.
Out of the hustle of the Hotel zone but still very close to everything.
Thank you Agustin!
The host communication was excellent. The unit had an incredible unobstructed ocean view. We are seasoned travelers to Cancun and prefer staying in condos / VRBOs that have full kitchens, so that we can prepare healthier meals for breakfasts and lunches. The unit was large for our family, nicely decorated, with modern appliances. While this unit is located within the Oleo Hotel property, we misunderstood that we did NOT have access to the hotel restaurants and bars unless we purchased the "all-inclusive" passes for all of us at a starting cost of 95 per person per day. So going up to the bar or restaurant "ala carte" was not an option. A couple issues with the unit that were disappointing:1. it appears from the pictures that there is a patio to walk out onto from the unit. This is not the case. While there is a door that leads out to a rooftop area, this is only for maintenance crews. Guests are not allowed outside onto this area. So you can't go outside without walking down to the pool area.2. While the unit has a combo washer/dryer unit in the apartment, the drying cycle takes about 6 hours. With the limited towels provided in the unit, you will need to use the washer/dryer unit almost every night to clean the beach towels for the next day, and so you can't really do any other laundry.3. There is no dishwasher, so prepare to wash the dishes by hand after every meal.4. We couldn't figure out the hot water situation in the ensuite bathroom.
