Unfortunately we were not that happy with our stay. Beach was full of sea weeds. That was really stupid. You can’t even go and swim. I am not happy with food and drinks. Food was just okey. Not many veg options. Drinks were the most unpleasant. For example asked for pinacolada. It was premix super sugary liquid with crushed ice. Highly not recommended it guys.

Me and my family were there for a week and the food has gotten awful! This was out 4th or 5th time there and no choice of meat at the buffet. We had the same pork every night for a week, only sausage with breakfast and it was all bad. Hopefully it gets better or we won't keep going back, sorry

Some staff are not guest friendly. Food was average. Jose and Julio were helpful. Activities were not mentioned at registration. Not enough staff to help around. The lounge chairs by the beach need some upkeep. My first room was dirty and had some maintenance issues. I requested to be moved and they gave me a really nice room. Jose was helpful regrading this request.

The property was nice and beautiful. However I just wish when you are checking in they inform you that even though everything is all inclusive there are some limitations due to not being a premium member. Other then that I truly enjoyed my time.

Overall nice property and experience. Wasn’t a fan that the bars only had one server. Especially the lobby bar. At night when it was the only bar open it took awhile to get a drink. Also, you have to make in person reservations the morning of for dinner. If you missed your time slot you had to go to the buffet. Even when there was open tables available and I was by myself.
