It was a good overall stay. The elevator in our building was under construction the whole week so going up 3-4 floors wasn’t fun, but not the end of the world. Food was good and the people are super sweet. Beach was great and clean. Love the island

Beach access was great, very clean place. The outside bar needs to update their music choice, the music was elevator music which was not very upbeat or entertaining. The breakfast could use some better options and only 1 person making omelets took a long time to get your food. They put us in a building the elevator was broken. We had a first time visiting couple with us and we just couldn’t do the stairs and had to be moved. They should have never put anyone in a building when the elevator doesn’t work.

The beach view is partially obstructed from the room but was still stunning. They are currently replacing elevators on 2 buildings so being on the 4th floor was a workout but worth the extra trot. all the staff went well out of their way to ensure we were catered. Food was outstanding.

The beach view is astounding! The food is great! Drinks are awesomeness! We got the all inclusive and was not disappointed. Will get it again for sure. The only issue, the room next to us noise were like if they were in our room. The guests ordered breakfast in bed everyday at 6ish, which was a pain to hear the staff knocking on their door at that early hours. The hotel has no control and is understanding. Would definitely go back. Kudos to Dani at the beach palapas and Eduardo at the pool bar for their excellent cuatomer service All staff is great but these two excelled in their service!!! Aluxes was great experience!

This was my husband and I's second time here. The first time we had rose petals on our bed and a bottle of rose and dessert to welcome us. We Payed for all inclusive again and when I called the front desk to ask about my bottle choice of alcohol I was told it was not included with my reservation because I did not book directly with them. Very disappointed! Things that could improve are, beakfast needs more options, no salads at the beach club, steak is horrible at all restaurants.

Overall was a good stay. Housekeeping did not clean the room one day after a 2nd request, bottle of alcohol was never provided but was told we would get it. Certain staff members go above and beyond to make up for those that did less than expected. Food was good, beach bar was excellent.

We had a ton of mold in our shower and it took half of our stay in order for them to actually come and clean it. Had to beg them three times to get it actually clean. Front counter and management people were great, but the food at all of the restaurants was absolutely terrible and everyone else on the property seemed inconvenienced when we asked for anything. I would not stay here again.
